Patients can make an appointment by either telephoning the Surgery during opening hours or in person by coming to the Surgery or directly ONLINE via the SystmOnline.
All morning and afternoon GP appointments are 10 minutes long. If you wish to discuss more than one problem with your GP, please request a double appointment. Please be aware that your GP/Nurse may run unavoidably late due to the needs of other patients and in the event of emergencies.

Please note that it may not always be possible to book you in with a time, date and GP of your choice on any given day; however we will endeavour to provide you with an appointment at the earliest opporunity and your convinience.
To register for Online Access you must already be a registered patient of the surgery. To register please click on the above link and select the Request Access to Online Services at the Apples Medical Centre option. You can also present to reception at the surgery and make a request to register. We ask that you bring two forms of identification with you, preferrably one photo ID and one proof of address. It is possible for proxy access to be granted for parents, guardians and those with legal power of attorney to other patient's accounts.
Once registered, as well as booking appointments you can also order repeat prescriptions. Please see the section Repeat Prescriptions for more information.
Unwell babies and young children will always be seen urgently.
Please ask for an "urgent" appointment for that day. You will be seen the same day, but not always by the doctor of your choice.
Please note, if you book an online appointment with Ruth King or Zoe Tailby this will be for blood tests only, these appointments must be before 12.30pm, please phone the surgery for any other appointments required.
