We may then offer you a consultation:

- Face to face at the surgery
- By text or email
Appointments by phone, by text or email can be more flexible. This often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:

To sign up for Online Access you must already be a patient of the surgery. To sign up please click on the above link and select the Request Access to Online Services at the Apples Medical Centre option. You can also present to reception at the surgery and make a request to sign up. We ask that you bring two forms of identification with you, preferably one photo ID and one proof of address. It is possible for proxy access to be granted for parents, guardians and those with legal power of attorney to other patient's accounts.
If you need help when we are closed
Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Unwell babies and young children will always be seen urgently.
